The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Belle Villa Clubhouse.

Roll call was taken, Treasurer excused absence, Trustee Ostrowski absent, all other members present.

Chair motioned to approve the December 1, 2011 Board meeting minutes, Trustee Delaney seconded. Motion carried.

Trustee Delaney motioned to add Secretaries report to the agenda, Trustee Elwart seconded. Motion carried.

Chair motioned to reimburse Tim Nickell for the website fees of $15.17, Vice Chair seconded. Motion carried.

Secretary set up the Paypal account and will give the information to Tim to add the donation button to the website. BAARC received a call from Marie Cutler, she makes flower arrangements and would like to donate some for a future raffle.

Business cards were discussed. We would like to keep the old logo and add more animals. Chair will work on design and get back with the board. Trustee Delaney will check prices. Trustee Delaney made a motion for Trustee Elwart to work on getting our logo trademarked, Vice Chair seconded. Motion carried.

Fund raising ideas for the February event. It will be a raffle party with food and beverages available. (subs, pizza, pop). Trustee Delaney will check with Mars Co. for permission to raffle m&m. Date in question for the event, February 11^th. Tickets will be transferred to actual raffle tickets and all purchasers will be contacted. Trustee Delaney motioned for these items to be carried out, Vice Chair seconded. Motion carried.

New Business, Vice Chairs niece does grant writing and has offered to help us with grants. Secretary will contact her in regards to what we can aply for. Trustee Delaney motioned, Trustee Elwart seconded. Motioned carried.

Non Agenda items discussed.; donations, dog park, etc.

Next meeting was set for February 2, 2012, Belle Villa Clubhouse, at 6:30 p.m.

Vice Chair motioned, Trustee Elwart seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
